Shanghai World ExpoPark sold a total of more than 57,000 tickets including 17,000 night tickets on July 12, and the cumulative number of visitors at the Shanghai World Expo has reached more than 26 million since the Expo Park opened on May 1, according to a report from Liberation Daily.

　　The number of visitors at the Shanghai World Expo reached 444,000 on July 12, the 73rd day since it opened, including 152,000 visitors in travel groups from around the world and 63,000 visitors with tickets from Expo gift packages.

　　The number of visitors entering the Expo Park at entrances on Jinghoutan, Shangnan Road, Changqing North Road and Gaoke West Road stood at 84,000, 75,000, 66,000 and 60,000, respectively, by 6 p.m. on July 12. Public transportation at the Expo Park carried 760,000 visitors. A total of 6,330 volunteers serviced visitors on that day, and health and medical conditions at the Expo Park were stable. The five medical stations at the Expo Park received a total of 403 patients, including 51 trauma patients and 32 light heat stroke patients, as of 4 p.m. on July 12.

　　According to sources, there are 165,000 travel groups who have reserved Expo tickets for July 13. The weather forecast reported showers for July 13 and July 14 and visitors to the Expo Park are encouraged to bring rain gear.
