A new air route will begin between Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong Province, and Thailand's capital, Bangkok, on April 9.
The Shandong branch of China Eastern Airlines will operate the flight with Airbus A320 aircraft. The flight will depart Jinan at 9:30 p.m. every Friday and arrive in Bangkok at 2 a.m. (Beijing time) Saturday. It will return to Jinan at 7 a.m. Saturday.
This is the second regular international flight from Jinan International Airport. The first links Jinan and Seoul. (Xinhua)
